We are a community that strives to maintain the beauty and value of our property by continuously making improvements and informed decisions that represent the interests of the majority, while focusing on sustaining a safe family environment. We are located just 4 miles north of Highway 82 (McFarland Boulevard) on the west side of Highway 43 North. We are nestled between three of Tuscaloosa County Schools; Huntington Place, Northport Elementary, as well as Tuscaloosa County High. We have convenient access to a Winn Dixie, Guthries, McDonald's, Hardee's, TCBY, CVS Pharmacy, and two convenience stores. Mitt Lary Medical Center is located on Rose Boulevard next to a new Dollar General store and Northport Fire Station # 4, which has a police substation, is located just North of our neighborhood. The Credit Union of Alabama and Alabama Credit Union are located on either side of Jalapeno's Restaurant.

Our neighborhood has a swimming pool, practice ball field, and two playground areas for the neighborhood's use. The beauty, elegance, and future is preserved by our restrictive covenants and H.O.A. Volunteers. The neighborhood consist of 3 sections, containing just over 400 homes. If you have any questions, simply send us an email at clearcreekhome@gmail.com.

Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations

 • Use the pool at your own risk. The owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. There are no lifeguards on duty.

• The pool is for Clear Creek Colony Homeowner’s Association resident use only. Due to recent overcrowding, a maximum of 4 guests are allowed per household per week. Clear Creek Residents must accompany guest at all times. Non-Residents using the pool may be charged with Trespassing

• All residents, when inside the pool area, must have their pool pass / key with them at all times. Bring your cellular phone to the pool for use in case of an emergency.

• Any resident 15 - 19 years of age may have only one “non-resident” guest per visit unless accompanied by the homeowner parent.

• No children under the age of 15 are allowed in the pool area without parental supervision.

• No one is allowed in the pool area after dark (except with approval of HOA. President). Our new “Saturday Swim Night” has been approved by the HOA President.

• No glass in the pool area.

• No animals in pool area.

• Keep the pool area clean. Remove all food, toys, clothing, etc. from the pool area when you leave.

• No loud or excessive noise in the pool area. Profanity will not be tolerated.

• Keep the pool gate closed. Do not prop the gate open (except for pool maintenance).

• No Smoking in the pool area.

Homeowners Association reserves the right to deny pool usage to anyone at anytime for breaking pool / neighborhood rules or causing pool vandalism. If there are any problems in the pool area, please email us at clearcreekhome@gmail.com . If you notice any suspicious activity notify the Northport Police Department at (205) 339-6600.

The Lock On The Pool Gate Is Controlled By A Proximity Card Reader.
This key/fob will be used to enter the pool and will also be your pool pass. YOU MUST HAVE THIS KEY WITH YOU DURING YOUR WHOLE STAY AT THE POOL. We have so many new residents this year that it is hard to keep up with who lives in our neighborhood and who does not.

Do not open the pool gate for anyone. Some residents may have a deactivated key (because they did not pay their dues or are in violation of a covenant or they have moved out of the neighborhood and did not return the key to the HOA). In some cases the key may not have been activated due to human error (sorry). In these cases, please have them contact a HOA officer (email: clearcreekhome@gmail.com) so we can correct the mistake.

We always need several volunteer pool monitors for checking to make sure that every person using the pool is a Clear Creek Colony Resident and is in possession of their pool pass. Please do not be offended if you are asked for your pool pass. Our new monitors will ask to see your pass as you enter the pool or as they arrive on their shift. This is one of their jobs to help us keep the pool for neighborhood use. Remember, these volunteers are spending their valuable time to help keep the pool nice for everyone. Also, there does not have to be a pool monitor on duty to have the pool rules enforced. If you see a violation or any other unsafe behavior, please remind the violator of the rules. If the problem persists please notify a HOA officer or pool monitor of the problem.

You are responsible for your new pool pass. Each residence will receive only one pass. If you lose your pass or if it gets broken, a replacement will cost $25.00. When you sell your home, please return your pass to the HOA to prevent us from charging the new resident a new key fee. It does no good to keep it because it will be deactivated and will no longer open the gate.

Guidelines for reserving the swimming pool

Reservations need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. The pool can only be rented Monday thru Friday during daylight hours only. Reservations are to be made to clearcreekhomw@gmail.com and please make sure you add the rental date and a phone number for the contact. Your reservation will be secured when payment is received. The fee of $35.00 per hour (maximum of 2 hour rental) will fund future activities, pool furniture, and supplies. We also charge this small amount so we do not have residents reserving the pool every day. This keeps the pool open for community use. Please check to make sure that the pool is clean before you have your party. The pool is cleaned by volunteers in the neighborhood. Unfortunately you may have to clean it before your party. You must remove the trash and clean up your own mess before you leave. Because of previous residents not cleaning up after their party, we are now requiring a deposit of $30.00. If the pool area is not cleaned after your event then we will keep your deposit as a cleaning fee. If there is any damage to the pool area you could be held responsible for the damage..

Clear Creek Colony Homeowner’s Association and its officers are not responsible for any injury or damage while the pool is being used. All pool rules must be followed with the exception of the maximum number of guests being four. When the pool is rented there shall not exceed 35 persons in the pool area.
